People reach the moon

Carpets would also like to fly away

trampled faded trapped
crushed by tables and wardrobes
they never will

Covered in dust
Alone in empty rooms

unstitched tassels

wings clipped

Everyone has forgotten about carpets

Każdego dnia odlatują dokądś roje ptaków
Ludzie lecą na księżyc
Z lotnisk startują samoloty

Dywany też chciałyby odlecieć

podeptane wyblakłe uwięzione –
przygniecione przez stoły i szafy
nie odlecą nigdy

Kurzą się samotnie w ciemnych
pustych pokojach

wyprute frędzle

podcięte skrzydła

Nikt nie pamięta już o dywanach
